Agile Systems Engineer TS/SCI required Chantilly, VA

Job Description: We are seeking an Agile Systems Engineer-2 to join our team as a Release Train Engineer (RTE). In this role, you will support Agile Release Trains (ART) in delivering value and operationalizing evolving needs across multiple environments. As an ART coach, you will facilitate Agile ART events, drive collaboration, and leverage Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) expertise to help teams deliver value. You will communicate with stakeholders, manage schedules and risks, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate PI Planning readiness and support Vision and Backlog preparation.
  • Maintain up-to-date ART and release schedules, presenting information to government customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across contractor and government teams.
  • Support Epic Review packages and coordination.
  • Manage value flow through the ART and Solution Train.
  • Track feature and capability delivery to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate synchronization meetings and estimation processes.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
  • Provide input on resourcing and encourage collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement through workshops and assess ART agility.
  • Escalate impediments impacting teams to ART leadership.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Minimum five years of experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer or equivalent role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of risk and dependency management.
  • Excellent organization, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent thinker with a drive for continual improvement.

Sr. Integration Engineer TS/SCI required Chantilly, VA

Job Description: Responsible for leading the development of program and project integration solutions across the enterprise and determining integration/interface requirements. They work with systems engineers, solutions architects, and programmers to ensure applications and systems interoperate to deliver end-to-end mission solutions and maintain the integrity of the system-of-system enterprise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
  • Planned, coordinated, and documented solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products.
  • Analyze, design, test, and evaluate network systems such as Cloud Resident computing capabilities, satellite networks, LANs, WANs, the Internet, intranets, and other data communications systems ranging from a connection between two offices in the same building to a globally distributed network of systems.
  • Plan and coordinate data management practices to treat and handle data as a resource.
  • Assist Government in managing system development efforts, moves, or modernization changes, including analysis, telecommunications (LAN, WAN, voice, video), planning, cabling, IT and cloud requirements, network security measures, and other factors.
  • Oversee the work of Mid-and Junior-level contractor Integration Engineers.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree.
  • Senior-level experience in government or industry in database management or Big Data analysis.
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience leading technical integration efforts.
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience leading multi-system integration efforts through requirements definition, development, testing, and transition.

Security Engineer/Administration TS/SCI required Washington, DC

Job Description: Security Engineering/Administration to join our team in support of the Presidential Electronics Library Records (PERL) in Washington DC. The Security Engineer will perform all system security configuration and security hardening in accordance to NARA standard.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to security infrastructure
  •  Maintain information security procedures
  • Respond to security events 
  • Review system logs and appropriately escalate concerns 
  • Test information security solutions
  • Test and make approved changes to security infrastructure and applications
  • Support security infrastructure operations and monitor dashboards
  • Assist with user provisioning and access reviews
  • Assist in the installation of security applications
  • Follow policy as it relates to incident handling 
  • Use security utilities to report user and computer activity based on policy requirements
